The church was full as we gave thanks for our First Responders and remembrance to those who perished in the 9/11 Terrorist Attack of 2001.  This was our 18th annual Mass as last year's event was canceled due to Covid-19.  As the 20th Anniversary of the Attacks was remembered every head in the church bowed.  The music of the bagpipes swelled as the First Responders marched in following the Scouts' Colorguard.  Singing patriotic as well as church hymns was difficult as parishioners as well as choir members choked up recalling the events of that tragic day.  Every voice was lifted as we sang America the Beautiful and the church filled with applause as the First Responders filed out.  Thank you to Representatives Michael Carroll and Bridget Kosierowski for attending.
